We are interested in finding people who are serious about creating miniature products for us. In order to offer this opportunity to everyone, we have to be sure that our costs will be covered if someone does not have enough patience or does not wish to complete the product for us. You must complete a full set of satisfactory items to receive a full refund of your deposit when you decide to stop. However, if you decide to quit without completing the kit, we will refund half of your deposit just for returning whatever materials are left in the kit. The half refund is the same whether the kit is completely used up or completely untouched.
Sometimes people decide after looking at the kit that it is not for them, or that they do not have the patience for miniatures. Go ahead and try it anyway. If you decide you do not wish to make these products you may return what you have not used of the kit and you will be mailed a refund of 1/2 of your deposit, deducting 1/2 for restocking, packing, and clerical expenses. The refund is the same if you use all the materials or return the kit in untouched condition. You might just as well give it a try.
If you wish to take advantage of this refund offer, simply mail the package back to us within the first sixty (60) days, write "1/2" on the outside of the package, and be sure that your name and address are enclosed. This must be done within the first 60 days.
We do not recommend switching to a different product without finishing the kit you have. All of our items require patience and practice. However, if you wish to switch to a different product without completing the kit you have, you may apply your refund check to the new item and add the difference between your 1/2 deposit refund and the deposit on the new kit. You do not need to return the first sample to us.
